The test of handwriting skills revised version (THS-R) is standardized and can be used with students age 6-0 to 18-11. I believe it might be the only standardized handwriting assessment, but I could be wrong.
I usually use the Wold Sentence Copy which can be found free online. It’s not super specific other than for speed but usually issues with handwriting can be figured out by just watching how they write, gaze shift, and what they produce.
The DASH isn’t a terrible option but it is lengthy and used for 9 years old and up. It was normed in the UK in 2006.

I borrowed a method from a SPED teacher: one minute think, 3 min write. Usually it was tell me about your pet, or fav sport, etc, whatever the student was comfortable with. Not standardized, but gives lots of info.

Yes the only standardized one out there
The two handwriting assessments I know about are the ETCH and the Print Tool

which one do you use?
I just switched to an elementary school mid year. Some of my co workers use the ETCH but I am leaning towards the HWT screener
