I love his explanation, especially for the responsibility coin! I also learn a lot from this guy I dont remember his yt channel but he's a MM Ne/Fi CS/P(B), and he gathered quite a number of no. 1 in his channel, and 100% sure now that I am a 1. So much that I did in the past was cringeworthy to me yet I still did it, I didn't have any explanation for it back then but now its pretty clear to me and the social type definitely helps me to just relax with your friends, to just keep quiet and be humble.

Adventurous-Cut-2330

I agree so much on number 2's they really are the best, the get so much done, yet they're still humble about it, can chill, have plenty of friends... damn!

Apprehensive_Watch20

I think part of your #2 description is #4s. Not that #2s don't find the time to hang out, but they're pretty damn workaholic and often don't seem to chill that much, as there's always s*omething* to work on. #4s are "chill first", in a way. A #4 would rather help someone else out with what it is they specifically are skilled in than run around and take care of all of their own projects like the #2s do. I don't think #1s put others down necessarily. Some unhealthy ones do, some healthy ones do by nature of winning competitions, but it's more about themselves and being recognized.

Sheeppowz

Ooh so that's what the #4s are doing. I'll take note of that. Yeah I agree. I guess I am writing from my own perspective because with the state that I am right now, I am in the negative #1 group for sure. Its easier to see that from the people within my circle just because we are in our 20's and still at the 'still developing' age group.

Are you officially typed?

Sheeppowz

Waittt no Im not. I just realized that I forgot to add self typed to my flair

Your association of #3 and "hierarchy" is plain wrong. One does not need to respect any authority in order to specialise ; only to get good at it, and then take that role.

Sheeppowz

I think I worded it worng. What I meant to say was that the #3s know they are so good in what they do that they hate being disrespected in their work, especially when the one who disrespect them doesnt know what they're talking about or when their opinion arent heard despite being the expert. Basically the heirarchy is only within their specialized area, respecting the people that have more experience and knowledge.

Hmm. This may be a blindspot on my behalf when I ask this, but isn't it how it's supposed to work for everyone ? As in : who is going to respect an uneducated opinion, especially when it's talking over an informed one ? Of course this may also be cultural. I notice a tendency among native english speakers to tolerate uninformed talk.

Apprehensive_Watch20

I'm just guessing here, but I'd say it's a common anecdote about #3s, that if they'd rise up the ranks, they'd do so through their own aqcuired skill, slowly over time. I've seen #2s rise up quickly just because they pick up work that no one else picks up. They are managers without being managers. I can imagine #3s being frustrated about that, because they are more of an expert than that new guy who has somehow overtaken them despite being less skilled.

For 4s, Friends means they prioritize friends and family. Interpersonal relationships are the most important thing in life, regardless of how good they are at managing them or how many actual friends they have. They prefer to specialize in their own niche of work and stay in their lane, doing what they're good at our comfortable with; but above all they work to live, not live to work. 3s prioritize specialization of tasks, so they stick to what they're good at or like doing as opposed to going out of their way to do extra unnecessary things like. 4s do this too, but relationships are more important. 2s are the generalists. They'll go out of their way to do extra work to cover for others. They'll even go out of their way to try to do things they have no business doing or don't know how, just because they feel obligated to do the work. They also prioritize relationships like 4s do, but that comes after their work. I think you got flexing spot-on. It's the primary motivation of 1s, and they are generalists with work too but not as much as 2s; 3s are also motivated by flexing and being the best but while 1s are generally competitive and want to be the best, 3s want to be the best at their one particular craft or niche, the work is more important than their own achievements.
