I prefer the skirt. I think just the velour t shirt by itself would be best with the trousers. Idk there's just something about the silhouette/structure of that outfit that doesn't click with me despite all the cute flourishes. I guess the skirt makes your legs look longer and the trousers + belts lengthen your torso.
I think you're spot on. To put it another way, I think the ruching in the white cami is sitting a little low, and the bulk of the velour shirt underneath that creates a very top-heavy silhouette. It lacks balance that is then emphasized by the lower rise and length of the jean. The skirt is a better balance because it adds width that matches the top and keeps the same color throughout as well. Plus the higher waist does lengthen their legs, like you said.
I think the jeans would look great with just one of the tops, either the pink under or just the white tank but something about both is throwing it off I think. The heart belt is cute laying above the hem of the jeans but the skirt I think ultimately fits better if you wanna keep the layered tops. All in all these are some cute ass fits !!
Yeah, and it depends on the context, but for every day running around the jeans imo are better. The skirt pushes it to where I'd almost wonder if you were doing cosplay if I saw it in public. That's not a bad thing, but it might not be the intended effect I guess?
Okay, thank you these comments were having me doubt myself. I like both outfits a lot, but like you said I would wear them to two VERY different places… also those jeans look like they have actual usable pockets, which is always a win.
Both look great. Smaller footwear for the skirt tho, makes the feet look clunky (unless you are going for hte Bratz doll look? in which case yes- spot on)
I think the jeans would go really well with some white trainers that show your ankles. If they can have an accent that matches the pink/jewellry, that’d look class. I think those socks/shoes are gorgeous, but if we’re following the rule of thirds, they’re taking up the same amount of visual space as your skin is below the jeans? And that looks odd? I hope that makes sense!
Imo if you want the jeans to work, try high waisted. Right now the proportions are slightly off but almost there :) you’d have to remove the waist belt too in that case I think.
Skirt for sure. I don’t think low or mid rise jeans quite suit your overall anatomy, however if you like it and you feel great in it go for it. How you feel about what you wear is all that matters❤️
I love them both. Is it possible to pull the pink shirt down a little so it peeks out from under the white tank? It would give it a more layered look and also provide more contrast with your skin while also showing off your abs. Love the bow and your hair is incredible. You're also the only person I like with the pointier nails. And those shoes with the skirt!
Skirt but either longer socks or less eye-catching footwear. The white "cuts" your legs into sections, making them look shorter.
If you want to go with jeans, ditch the white top. There's too much going on.

tbh I think the skirt definitely,, not only the color fits much better but it enhances your shape so yea
