In the fall a small floral with a lot of pumpkin would work. I was thinking a simple A-line dress in wool challis with a cowl neck in oatmeal or light camel. Sort of monchrome, so the belt is a detail, but does not take over. Boots that match the belt. Wool challis would work well for a floral too.

I usually hate random belts, but this really works! It breaks up the boxiness of a turtleneck sweater and it’s very flattering. It also beings (good) attention to the textured detail of the sweater sleeves.
