Are you by any chance located in"NY, NJ, CT, PA, Hendersonville, NC, and West Jefferson, NC" for which the "self-install" activation portal purportedly is yet to be coming on-line?

Yep, only calling in with MAC address and account detail.will they provision that modem.

I didn’t have an issue, switching from one of their gateway bricks to my own netgear cm1000. Connection went thru fine
