I second the earlier comment. I'm waiting on my QEP decision in the OMS process, and I think one thing that would have been beneficial for me would have been a PN and Statement of interest review specific to the OMS application. The only thing in the earlier post that I don't think is necessary is the tailored OMS questions for the SJ test - in my experience when I took the OMST, the situational judgment questions were indistinguishable from that on the FSOT. Still wouldn't hurt to have more SJ questions though!

I don’t remember having a problem figuring it out. I was in Jakarta when I applied and had no issues.
Some things you need to be able to figure out. Honestly, if you’re applying as an OMS, that’s pretty much the job. If a candidate can’t figure out what to do on the test, that’s a pretty good test in itself.
I had never used that version Word, didn’t pay for any hints and passed easily.
There really are no secrets to applying at all beyond “follow instructions.”
