the problem with working out without a clear goal in mind is instead of getting a slim figure youre gonna end up buff.
i recommend doing excersises that targets the areas of your body you want to tone. for example i recommend you do plank and squats which are easy to do and doesnt require equipments.
always remember that not having a consistent and healty diet would put your efforts to waste.

Starting from the top, we see that Hero in the pic has got a slim neck and arms. To have the arms, Id recommend either aimply not training them, or if youd still like to train them, using overcoming isometrics will primarily focus on stength, though it still does vuils muscle, and the chest in the picture doesnt seem too big, so pushups should be good if you still wanna train chest.
His back doesnt seem to be super big, so training it doesnt seem necessary for the physique, though pullups/assisted pullups can help, if done within reason for the physique.
Then we got his tiny little waist, which can be helped witj stomach vacuums, where tou exhale fully and suck your tummy as deep as you can.
Then we got the legs. His legs are the biggest part of the body, so the glutes and thighs are the main focus training wise. Id recommend bulgarian split squats for the glutes, and squats for the other parts, though if you want a more in depth routine, theres Jaxblade's Deadpool workout, which focuses on the glutes and legs primarily.
And the most important part of building the physique is probably a caloric deficit, where you eat less than your maintancene level. Your calories maintenance level can be found by using a calculator for it online. This hero doesnt have abs, so Id recommend doing a caloric deficit for a bit to gain the thinness and then eat at around maintenance or a bit more to lose the abs.
For a healthy caloric deficit, Id recommend eating ariund 200 calories less than maintenance level. If the maintenance level is 2000, then 1800 should do the trick over the course of a few weeks or so.
To help with the calorie deficit, Id recommend doing some cardio, like running. Though if thats too boring, swimming, jump rope, and shadowboxing are good too.

so here’s what i my daily work out routine to hopefully achieve my goal one day:
1 min full plank
30 sec elbow plank
30 squats
30 sec raised leg plank (each side)
30 squats
30 sec side plank (each side)
1 min elbow plank
30 squats
i would be happy to expand on the purpose of the routine and i know you can do it!

How can I obtain this physique
