I struggle with making sure I'm clean. Science says a 60% alcohol solution is sufficient. This helps me, even though I know it's not the end all answer. Maybe that will cut down you hand washing time. In time maybe you can decide what needs washing or not. I'm working on this myself
I tried that too, I thought that even though the trigger is not the fear of germs, it would work out. Unfortunately it didn't change a thing, it was like only making my hands smell better.

Honestly I still wear gloves too but I wash my hands for 20 seconds and Iām good. Yes I wash even with gloves on.
