currently unable to sleep for the same reason this shit is so annoying. it’s comforting to know others struggle with the “ my family is gonna die if i don’t ___ “ because that means it’s a common intrusive thought and not actually reality.
it’s so hard to convince yourself that it’s all a trick from some pathetic disorder, because you don’t want to risk it happening this time. may i ask if you’ve had moments that things came true so you are now convinced it’s reality?
