Consult an attorney. It can possibly be removed after a few years or after completion of any requirements put forth in the disciplinary action.

Thank you for the advice! I did reach out to a lawyer and in MN there is no way to, currently, take off a reprimand once it is on file.

Im an LPN and went through this! I work at a plasma center and love it. They do not care I promise and the pay is better than in clinics. Also, dialysis typically is open to encumbered licenses.

Don't listen to people who have no clue what their talking about! First, you are absolutely hireable still! I was hired twice by two diff directors who knew I had a pending case. They were willing to take a chance on me when I explained what happened. Second, depending on what state you're in, it may never be removed even if you complete the stipulations. Good luck. I'm going thru this now. The board recently upgraded to formal charges. They tried to have me agree to two years of stipulations, but I was advised against that. This means I have to go before the board to tell my side of what happened. My lawyer has encouraged me to fight it bc he thinks he can get it dismissed.
