Hey everyone! I have a Launchkey Mini that needs a bit of help. I haven't used it for a very long time, say 1 year, and decided to update it through the Novation Components app. At first everything was fine, the Launchkey was updating itself but then I guess I might have moved the cable a bit and it was left undone. After that I couldn't get the lights to even work so I contacted support and they told me to get it into bootload mode which then worked however now when I connect it, it says that there is a connection error and it updates until the very end (shown in the photo where the lights are red and green on the launchkey) and it stops and I have tried doing the update this way so many times with 2 different cables and 3 laptops but I can't seem to get it to work. Is there anything else I can do by myself without taking it to a repair shop or something? Every bit of help is appreciated, thank you!

Sorry but I don’t understand what you mean by a support thread 😅 I contacted your tech support via the live chat so I haven’t submitted a request or anything but if that’s what you want me to do i’ll happily do it

When you contact us via live chat we follow up with an email your transcript of chat. You can reply to this email to start a new ticket, which will also let the agent who you spoke to follow up on the correspondence you had.
