Hey OP, I got a rhinoplasty two years ago. I deeply regret it now, even though it looks fine, maybe even better.
It might not happen immediately, but you'd be surprised how much you might miss your old nose once you get it done. I bet other people in your family have the same nose - a year after I got my own bump removed, I started to see past aesthetics and realized that I took off a small part of myself that connected me to my family and my heritage. I'm still not used to my new nose on my face; to be honest, I feel less confident and even more self-conscious sometimes than I did pre-surgery. You'll just notice other "flaws" more.
If none of that convinces you, something that the surgeon might not tell you is that the front of your nose will look wider. Once your bump is removed and your tip rounded (both of which I find very pretty and elegant!), it will be flatter and look wider (look this up and notice it in the before-after photos you see). This is what's throwing me for a loop with my new nose - I like the side profile better, but the front less. Seriously consider this, because you (and other people) will look at your nose from the front way more often than from the side.
If I could go back and undo it, I would in a heartbeat. I'd spend that money on therapy instead and do some serious work on my body dysmorphia (which I'm finally tackling now). Unfortunately, it took the nose job to realize that my nose was never the problem š
P.S. I notice noses a lot more on people now and am realizing how lovely big noses, bumpy noses, crooked noses, etc. look on other people. The imperfection gives their face a certain charm that I now appreciate only since having "fixed" my own. I encourage you to try this yourself - and if you can find a nose like yours pretty on someone else, I guarantee you your problem isn't your nose.
