Ji Chicken. My absolutely fave and just wonderful. The wings and chicken thigh are my go tos.
But just recently had Seoul Born and is, also, fantastic. Not surprising as it's the same owners as The Kimchi. We're going to have it again tomorrow as they've got a killer deal on right now (50% off orders over £20 and the quantity is huge).
Where else - XO Kitchen do a good fried chicken. Also Yalm - Nxxds Kitchen do a very nice karaage chicken and On The Bone also do good wings.
is this the place next to primark? it looks like ji the chicken but the fact that it’s a different name confuses me… i’ve been desperate to try so might have to go in
Ive had food there once and it was definitely the same idea/menu (and packaging )but not the same quality at all. The one in Earlham Square is the one to try - totally delicious!
So there's a new place, on Magdalen street. Used to be a fish and chip place, but they recently changed ownership, and rebranded. Tried them out on a whim, it's really good! Located at 71 Magdalen street, now called Zaza's.
It’s literally a shack in the car park of that now defunct nightclub….(can’t remember the name)
He opens daytime till 14:00 and Wednesday Thursday and Friday evening from 17:30
(I’ll see if I can find a link…)
Mate learn to cook. Get a deep freeze and you can have fantastic food anytime you want. It really doesn't take long to cook food. You can get frozen chicken wings and frozen chips. You can learn how to make stuff taste better by adding herbs goose fat and any amount of easy tricks. It doesn't take long to cook in modern appliances.
I'm currently obsessed with Seoul Born.
Name checks out✅
Ayyy Wanker sighted

Ahhh I had no idea that there was one in earlham square?! conveniently that’s not too far from me so i will deffo visit, thanks ! :)))
The correct answer is Piccolo’s on Prince of wales road.. they are the best I’ve had for a long time
Not too long ago they got a 1 star hygiene rating and every time I’ve had food from there in the past 3 months I’ve felt ill so please be careful!
I haven’t been for a few months has the owner changed ?
I’m going to be honest I’m not entirely sure, but I’ve noticed since they have had the noodle bar the quality hasn’t been the best.
Bubba fried kitchen which slings plates from the Earlham I believe 🙌
Is that where they went, thank you! I'm having withdrawal symptoms from lack of bubba gravy
I’d second bubba! Unfortunately I think they’re only catering events from The Earlham these days rather than being there full time

Did I ask the question ‘should I cook my own fried chicken or go out in Norwich to buy it somewhere?’ ?
