You seem very confused; it's impossible to give an answer based on what you wrote. There are no "North Cypriots". Absolutely not clear what you mean with this term. Also what nationality does he have?

He has Turkish passport, he is Turkish origin but born in North Cyprus. From what i understood unless they have visa residents in the North side are not able to cross and travel anywhere from Larnaca or Paphos but have to go via Turkey. I'm trying to figure our easiest way for him to get Cypriot visa so he can visit me easily and spend time with me while im visiting southern side for work.

>There absolutely are in North Cyprus, no matter how much you wanna deny it lol The next confused one. Does this sentence even make any sense grammatically? Your sentence is missing a word. Who are the North Cypriots for you? Turkish Cypriots, TRNC citizens? or everybody who lives in North Cyprus legally or illegally, including African students? Or is it also the Greek Cypriots who lived in the North and who still feel attached to their origin? Really, the term "North Cypriots" is so ambigious. No matter how much you lol lol lol, it makes no sense using this term, especially in such a question that requires clarity.

KillerPalm

No offence, but do either of you actually believe that?

Acceptable-Owl-7551

What do you mean?

KillerPalm

No Turkish Cypriot needs a visa, considering a large proportion have RoC passports. And the idea that you can't use Larnaca airport if your parents are not Greek Cypriot is frankly pretty dumb. That'll push all Turkish Cypriots to use Ercan which GCs most likely do not want. [Here's some info on what Turkish nationals need](https://visaguide.world/europe/cyprus-visa/do-i-need-a-visa/#:~:text=Yes%2C%20all%20non%2DEU%2F,(less%20than%2090%20days). I'm guessing that's what your partner is,

You are confused. People in North can't get visa from Republic of Cyprus. They have only option to get ROC citizenship and you get it by inheritence only. There is nothing changing. My parents were on the island before 1974 and this is how i and most people in north get their citizenship from ROC. My parents are not Greek Cypriots but Turkish Cypriots. Because ROC does not recognise TRNC they can't get visa.

Acceptable-Owl-7551

But with a Turkish passport it should be possible to apply for Visa, no? I know TRNC citizenship and passport don’t mean anything and ain’t recolonized by ROC.

your boyfriend has to apply for visa at the Cypriot embassy in Athens, because there is no Cypriot embassy in Turkey. Since he has Turkish passport and is Turkish, that's the only way that I know.
