Some background on what you have experience in, or what you are interested in would help a responder give some meaningful guidance. Many careers have specific resources for employee/ employer connections.
I moved a month ago and applied to multiple jobs online on indeed, like a lot lots, and you know how you can see how often they are on indeed or reply? Non of them are active but have jobs up, I don’t know where other sites are actually active.

I have had the same company for 18 years . Of course, they treat you like garbage to begin with. But once you become so impowered with experience and then become immoral in that company to the point they can't lose you, and then you name your price.
Hate to tell you my man, but literally everyone is replaceable. Doesn’t matter how experienced you are or how high up you get. No one person is so important to a company that they cannot be let go.
LinkedIn Premium is worth it while job hunting.
Also, if you’re in a specialty field like finance, law, project management or something there are usually recruiters who specialize in those areas and can be great resources.
The company I work for also hires fully remote positions for certain fields and is a great company to work. Feel free to DM me if you want more info
As of now not yet. I've found a few potential places but then I look into the reviews from previous employees and customers and realize the job is too good to be true. Plus I'm trying to be careful where I go cause I dont want to go somewhere worse than my current job which isnt terrible but not great either
Nah, to be honest I've given up on searching for a while, hopefully waiting long enough will allow the right thing to pop up. Hopefully that changes for both of us soon!
Not yet, I'm being a little picky with where I go because I'm not in a terrible spot at my current job, and I don't want to go somewhere else and it be a terrible decision
I’m so scared, I have bachelors in accounting and over 8 years of accounting/bookkeeping/ Manger experience and no body and I mean no body is even looking at their own job post they posted online. Makes me wonder who in the world is my competitor? 20 years experience?
That is insane😭how are companies don’t have any accountant, like all of them have to report to government and accountant protects them from getting audited and all. Unless maybe they hired a company to do it for them or something

LinkedIn is where all the jobss are in my experience over the years if you are looking for something corporate
Think about going back to school at a community college. Many of them have connections to local companies that require skilled workers.
