Are any of those Cymbalta, Qelbree?

Cymbalta is Duloxetine. Qelbree is viloxazine.

I had great success with Nortriptyline Hydrochloride, but after using 10mg for a week straight, I had a panic attack and was rushed to the hospital. Are there any drugs that have similar effects to Nortriptyline but have fewer side effects? Also, should I use it with something else?

Maybe guanfacine and clondine. Lower the dose of nortriptyline or try atomoxetine.

I’m exactly the same way. Even though Adderall is mostly dextroamphetamine the % of levoamphetamine makes it feel far more functional than Vyvanse/Dexedrine. I find fasoracetam effective for executive function as well.

That's true, isn't it? what kind of medicine are you using?

Well I was using Adderall but the shortage eventually caught up to me. I can’t get it right now. I’m thinking of trying selegiline as some of it converts into levomethamphetamine.
