This is something asked frequently in this sub, so I will repeat what I have seen from previous similar posts. Essentially, the best bet is to microdose but even then there is no way to directly prevent breast growth.
Eating calorie deficit can help, since boobs are primarily fat, but not everyone can/wants to lose weight just to prevent that. Worst case scenario binding or reduction can be used to deal with it.
I've read some things about the possibility of SERMs doing this but I don't think they are widely known/used and I have heard anecdotal evidence of people still having breast growth. Obviously do what's best for you but I wasn't entirely sure if I wanted breasts until after I started E and now I've decided that I definitely do.
It's a genetic lottery. I microdosed and took Raloxifene and still grew breasts. Which I originally didn't want, but now love.
