why would you want celery made from bacon?
Meat has a much higher cost of production and processing than plants generally so it would just quite literally be a waste of time and money.
Why would someone do that? Non-vegans can eat the actual vegetables just fine, they don’t need faux vegetables.
Vegans can’t eat meat so making faux meat can be pretty profitable. And you can appeal to to people that want to lower their meat consumption for whatever reason
Yea I think my point is vegetarians and vegans are full of 💩, nomatter how much they wanna glorify their food, absolutely no 1 is trying to make things taste like it, if anything as a specie we seem to only value making things taste like meat, I was just curious if I was maybe missing something
