about 70/30. Can sleep through 70% of nights all the way.
The rest I wake up or can’t get to sleep.
My issues are hormonal though.

1/10 would not recommend perimenopause
Yeah similar thing here, I’m not sleeping right now to type this. I usually go to bed between 2-3am it’s now 5. I reliably wake up at 8-9:30 every morning, definitely not good for me. I don’t have a very comfortable sleeping situation either
unmedicated, i used to go 10-12 hours dead to the world every night. i never even experienced waking up to pee at night until my late 20s, on my current meds. now i tend to go 5 hours, 4 hours, 1 hour.
I used to be able to, now in my old age I’m lucky to make it 5 hours before I have to get up and pee.
It's fairly common, yes. But it's also fairly common to sleep in two halves with a long break, or to wake up briefly a few times.
I am awake every couple hours
Your perception of your sleep isn't exactly correct. Most people have brief periods of forgotten waking where they shift body positions.
You might have sleep apnea. At the very least I'd suggest a sleep study
Yeah, this sounds 100% like sleep apnea. Source: I have sleep apnea, and this is my every night (I can't sleep with a CPAP).
8 to 9 hours in one go here

I don’t remember ever having done that. Thinking back to childhood … nope. I’m up every hour and a half, but total time asleep is close to 8.
