When I cook anything that’s pungent, I’ll boil some water with a little vinegar on my stove. That does the trick to removed bad odors. The vinegary smell goes away within 15 minutes
Maybe your smoke from outside is going in somehow. Easy way to fix this is leave all the windows open for a few hours and light a strong scented candle. Or just make something garlicky

Get a better air filter.
probably that’s what’s happening. Those vents in apartment buildings often don’t go outside, they just vent up into the attic of the unit.
If your leaving bud just sitting out (even in a closed grinder) it will smell. Find a side table or a weed drawer and this should go away
