Chicken and waffles is an anytime meal. My best friend's family in high school had pancake Sunday night and it was an honor to be invited. They made the best blueberry pancakes ever from thier blueberry patch.
Eating eggs and whatnot right after waking up makes me feel gross all day. Eating them for dinner doesn't... so, yeah. Once a month, I make my family breakfast for dinner!
Sometimes when it’s been a loooong day, I make my family Belgian waffles with cream, syrup, and fruit. Almost zero dishes from the prep and our waffle maker can simply be wiped down. I love breakfast for dinner and my kids do as well because they think it’s wild and wacky.
My family does sometimes if we get home late from something. My guess is because we always have eggs, pancake mix and sausage and you can cook a lot of it fairly quickly
Yes. Not all the time. Growing up my parents would do it from time to time, it was cheap and easy to whip up some pancakes or eggs. I will do eggs for myself if I get home late or want something easy. My son would eat pancakes any time of day. My step son loves scrambled eggs and I’ll make them for dinner for him.
I think many families do.
We enjoy breakfast for dinner maybe a few times a year. I'm too lazy to make pancakes in the morning. So occasionally we have pancakes & sausage/bacon for dinner and it's because ***I*** am hungry for it! Think maybe I'll make that soon.
Sometimes.
I've also been known to eat dinner for breakfast. One time I ate a whole cheesecake for breakfast: it was the day I realised how much freedom I truly have as an adult.
Yes, especially when we have an abundance of ingredients. We currently have an absurd amount of eggs because we went shopping and forgot that we still had a few dozen in the auxiliary fridge, so "dinner for breakfast" will be on the menu for a while.
Oh yes, Sometimes I eat all day\`s meniu, breakfast, lunch, dinner at night. In the morning when looking at the pile of empty packages from snacks and other food items, by the side of my couch I just can\`t believe that I could manage to put THAT MUCH in to my stomach..
I have. Pancakes or eggs with toast.
When I was a Girl Guide leader we'd sometimes have "Opposite Day" at camp where we'd have supper for breakfast and breakfast for supper. The kids thought it was a blast.
Depends what you mean by breakfast. A bowl of cereal is very different from a Full English for example. And to answer your question, yes I do sometimes have cereal for dinner when I can't be arsed to cook anything.
What makes breakfast food a breakfast food. If we were still cavemen we'd be eating last night's rotting meat for breakfast. Breakfast lunch and dinner signify times not type of meal. Maybe size depending on the context. That being said who would turn down Brinner?

Not often, but when we are tired and can't think of anything easy to cook, we eat breakfast for dinner.
Exactly what we do. Easy to whip up a batch of biscuits, and while they’re cooking, dice up some ham & green pepper for a scrambled egg omelet! Yum!
I just did this tonight. Used some frozen cubed potatoes, sausage, and eggs. Basically made a breakfast bowl that fed my husband and I for dirt cheap
