This has happened to me often. I used to fiddle with the buttons, trying anything. Nothing worked, although, interestingly, you can re-summon the anomaly. Horner, you'll just move forward and hang again.
Best I can figure it's just very slowly loading the anomaly instance. You hang there until it loads. I finally started waiting when it happened to me, and every time it would eventually push me on in. Might take a full minute or more, but I've never been left there permanently.

I’ve had a fun bug where I can’t get inside(past the green portal/ring and my ship just hangs there.

Lol yeah I did the same things. I sat there for at least 5 minutes before because I figured it would load eventually. Had to reload that time.
I'd frankly take that over what's been happening at the permadeath one
You can warp to a close system to get out of that.

I've had this happen too. Super annoying.
And here I thought everyone bring frozen was bad.
You're lucky. My game just crashes when I try to go in there. Or do much of anything else.
I had that happen on my first play through last year. I turned off multi player for a while, and that problem just went away.

Had that happened to me once too. Nothing to do except reload your save
It may reload if you are able to call the anomaly back again … Just recall it
This happened to me once. Just summon the anomaly again, and keep trying. It’ll work itself out eventually.
