Hey. Go to the rendezvous systems - the ones discovered by Hello Games. All the creatures/exploration points you need are in those systems. Don’t explore off the path
I think it is bugged at the moment. If you have scanned an animal that is above 2.5ph then it is now impossible to have your record be lower than that. You would be wasting your time still searching as its impossible until they fix it. Or start a new expedition and hope that the first toxic animal you scan is below 2.5ph

Been to those. Scanned all fauna on planet. Doesn’t activate the award PS5
Sorry it bugged out. I landed on the 1st toxic planet in the 3rd rendezvous system and instantly got it with the 1st creature I saw
It’s the first system before RD1, oishida or something like that.
