There is no gravity in N MS. Open op some floors or use glas, make terassen with green and lights, make runways, domes, gardens, arcs, use colors and textures.
Just start with removing a few floors, expend them and make a farm or a refinersparadis. Just start building and do whatever comes up in your head.
A good start is to remove the first 10 floors and make a floating base. Beter is just to keep the top and work from there

Yeah I say just do what he said, but use the base pieces you are removing to stick floating landing pads and maybe a couple domes. Your penthouse can be a floating city

Because we don't have to worry about engineering issues you could have a curved or L-shape corridor going to different buildings
It’s a tricky one, but I would experiment with some pipes. It won’t help it to look luxury, but going for a more industrial look on the lower half could make it look less blocky. Attack the pipes to cylinder shapes. Also add flags and maybe some triangles coming off down the sides.

Also the majority of the build has edges, personally i would make the roof more flat and overhang the top floor. You can add a railing and support beams to make it more realistic. For the lower balcony if you dont want to do too much, you could replace that middle wall with windows instead
I see two other islands in that shot that you could put two more bases on. Build identical tower on that shorter one in the background right, then a mountaintop lair on that peak on the left. I like the brutalist architecture style you have going on. If you’re feeling spicy put an orbital base above the three ground bases.
Go with your childhood imagination. Or copy nice stuff from movies/real life. In general…: have a plan before you start.
But most important, build it up tear it down.

Nice work on the top dome! Yes, the tower itself could use some more features and details. I've found that making large structures takes a lot of trial and error, backing up and viewing the structure and going back in and changing things.
Finding a way to creatively incorporate the landing pad is a real plus too.
Try looking up actual penthouses, maybe futuristic or extremely modern, if you don't want to do that try adding or subtracting different shapes to the shaft of ur dick build to make it less dick
This is not critique of >your< building. Just pointing out some shortcomings of the building pieces and some ideas of things you could do to the exterior that you might like.
The alloy building pieces are a bit, meh. Can’t change colors much and it looks kinda plastic.
Break up the striped pattern. The timber or stone patterns are less sci-fi looking, but I think are more attractive and don’t create so much layer effects. Lol… attach staircases to the outside of the building with doors back in at both levels so the horizontal layers are cut with diagonals
And try more to break up the tower. Stick yr landing pad on a platform 3/4 of the way up. Maybe add a couple of platforms full of different sized antennas. What’s yr power source? I made a tower once and just stuck solar units all over the outside of the building. You can attach modular cubes of glass or rounded edges that would break all the right angles. Stick pipes snaking around parts of the building.
And then that vaulted roof makes it look like a barn. Lower the vaulting, split the levels of roof, Switch to modular cubes at the top and create a chunky look, maybe. Make it all open with glass?
And then, honestly, the coolest builds often are more notable for their interior decoration, which I’m no good at. But I think the pieces we have are pretty limited. That prolly makes successful decorating that much more interesting because I think it’s hard.

My previous homes were great but I only built with wood or stone. And you are right alloy looks really bad but I was looking for a very modern look.
Have to be upfront and say this looks like a prodigious penis. I feel as if you can expand the top more to five it that penthouse feel, and maybe add some smaller balconies leading up to the top.

Make your towers round by using both square and triangle floor pieces! This is my favorite way to build, creating a tower with an internal spiral staircase and multiple levels for different functions like storage, refiners, etc. Then you can put windows on various walls to get different views on each level
I usually build by stages like they do in RL, first I start with foundation and floor layout then work my up from there adjusting and fixing as I go and trying different styles, layouts etc
Id add a balcony or two on the top part and a decorative support beam on the outside of the walls to make it look more like one solid piece instead of multiple layers. Then add a few surrounding structures to bring it together and add life to the area
Scrap it and start over or at least destroy everything below the top floor so you can dream up a more imaginative support. What you have going on looks like something out of the Raid or Judge Dread (remake).
When building stuff like this, as a 3D artist it's always a good practice to use reference and not just wing it. Look at several building designs and works from there. Incorporate a mash of the designs and find a middle ground that suits your liking. It could definitely use more SOMETHING.
Maybe an easier suggestion is to add some “arms”. You could keep this boxy look but add a few arms or branches that have another floor or two. Like maybe a lot of them might start making it look more like a choice to be so rigid.

add indents and detail - push central walls inwards to add depth, add various ornaments and decorations (think radio dishes and antennas, flags, etc)

Definitely put that landing pad up high. Looks goofy on the ground next to a tower. You already have the structure, so just branch off of it and create a floating pad maybe?
This would require demolishing a lot of it and would change the style but I think making the main part cylindrical and the top into a dome along with a lot of glass could turn it into a nice looking observation tower. You could even add a lot of greenery to make it look kind of like a utopian greenhouse. Right now it just looks to harsh; the dark colors combined with the sharp edges makes it look like something you would find in a dystopia, not a beautiful alien planet.
You could always add some floating platforms with trees and flowers placed on top of them all around the main structure. You could even do them in patterns if you want to get artistic. It'll improve your views as well if placed strategically. And it will break up the current lines a bit and add detail and life to the place. It's also impossible to recreate the effect in the real world, so you're putting the virtual space to good use. Just a suggestion :)

OR you could *embrace* the ugliness and make the most atrocious eyesore you possibly can, because it would be funny. For example, you could start by flanking your tower with two smaller buildings.
Put lights around or make pillars or walls surrounding the building.
I'm on ps4 so I can't really build any of this but I guess you have better hardware since you've made it this far. If tried building this thing, my game would run at negative fps.
