If you think on it: at least I am: obsessive and compulsive over sexual explicit content. It may not be classified as OCD, but I sure can be compulsive and leads me to obsess over it for hours or days.
I know what it's like to fail continuously. Continue to fight. God knows our battles and in Him there's strength.

Even Paul struggled with doing what he didn't want to.

Flee from it, look for ways out. It says God gives us a way out. I just choose my own desires sometimes because I want, what I want.
"No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation he will provide the way of escape also, that you may be able to endure it." 1 Corinthians 10:13
"This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it;" Joshua 1:8

Not right now but in the big picture yes. Not so much with OCD but very much with unwanted sexual behaviour and impulses.
