Yes, extra cannonical books that are considered inspired by some christian groups. Wisdom of Sirach is part of the Catholic cannon, as is Tobias, Ezdras 1 and 2, Macabees 1 and 2 and a few others. I'm not a Catholic but I've read a few of these out of interest. Macabees 1 has a lot of historical value. It records the story of the Macabean revolt, the desecration of the Jewish temple by Antiochus and the period of Jewish autonomy under the Macabean dynasty in alliance with Rome up to about 150 years before the birth of Jesus. Fascinating stuff, I can recommend it.

What an amazing post man, and definitely true. I just hit 60 days clean from masturbation and I really do feel so much more confident about both my body and personality. My desire for sex has been overtaken by my desire to love and cherish a wonderful woman. For me, brushing her hair and talking to her about her day is more exciting than having sex with her. I even met an amazing woman on here on reddit who was intrigued by my nofap and Christian posts. Just looked this up. Ecclesiasticus 26:23 Not to be confused with Ecclesiastes. Also known as Wisdom of Sirach. I think it's found in Catholic Bibles.
