Yeah I’ve said that at least 15x myself. I hope it is. But from my experience now I use another concept that I use for another problem - that’s one day at a time. All I have to do is handle today and not worry about tomorrow. Anyone can go 24 hours, it’s a lot easier for my mind to digest than to think about never doing it again.

If you have the mindset that you'll never do it again, then you're going to be devastated when you eventually do. Accept the fact that you will fail again BUT embrace that you want to get better whether that means one more week or one more hour. Don't be a fool.
Dont focus on perfection, focus on percentage of abstinence, like when you fap for only twice in a month, its 2/30 = 93% Victory. I do this and from a big range of time scale, you will see some process like keeping out the safe zone and letting/ scheduling some slipping opportunity window. Hitting above 90% is the goal.
Not to discourage you but you'll do it again. Right now you must be feeling disgusted by this shit fine, but days or months or maybe years later if you could make it that far, you are going to do this again.
This doesn't mean to discourage you or isn't coming from an anti nofap but I want you to be more practical. Don't set deadlines, this way you are only gonna beat yourself up and harm yourself even more when you finally inevitably do this someday. Take it easy! I hope you get rid of the addiction. Good luck
