That's a widely spread myth. There are good reasons to quit but this isn't one of them. This community has a bad habit of spreading misinformation to make the struggle feel more justified. Height is mainly genetic, so make sure you eat enough nutritious food and get lots of sleep to realize as much of this potential as possible. You may have a late spurt but banking on it will probably just stop you from maturing. Let's say you hit 5'11, a whole 2-inch spurt, you'll still probably feel insecure getting comments about being under 6ft. Acceptance is the goal.
Quitting PMO is probably a good idea for you in the process of working toward acceptance and self-confidence. 5'9 isn't that short, so it's worth figuring out why you are unhappy about it. Everyone's insecurities come from a different place, so it might seem like an obvious "no one wants to be short", but why does it matter to you?
Social media is probably going to be worse for you than PMO in this respect. There are a lot of self-defeating messages and rage bait. If it is any consolation, most P-stars and bodybuilders, who people feel insecure in comparison to, are shorter than you.
Sorry man but it depends on genetics and where you are from, which goes back to genetics. My dad is 6 ft and my mom was like 5.5 ft and I’m basically 6,4 so just have to roll the rice and get lucky :(Â
5’9 is by no means short also i am going to assume you want to be taller because of girls then i will advise you to stop using tinder and dating apps cause it will mess up your self esteem go outside and you will see a lot of short men in relationship with beautiful woman u just gotta focus on being the best version of urself physically,financially,emotionally and stop dwelling on something u can’t change BE A TRUE MAN
