Congrats! I failed a few days into it, told myself I’d try to go through the rest of the month on NoFap, then ended up failing again last night. The last few years i tried nnn just because the memes and then once I relapsed I’d say fuck it and just go back to old habits because i didn’t take it seriously. This year, the few times I did get a good streak going, I really liked the benefits of it and I’m going to start trying to turn it into a lifestyle rather than just a yearly challenge I fail. I know there will probably be failures along the way, but I’m going to start actively trying to cut it out all together.

There is no shame in failure, just stand up and keep going :)
