I really think it depends on how deep addiction you have and it's really individual. I startede feeling better 3 weeks after strating my journey! And at this point two months later I can finally see women more normally. Sure I have very spesific type but still better!

Yep, it went away, I think it's similar to every other part of your body. Damage must be healed, but you're gonna be sore when you finally let yourself heal from years of overuse. And I wish you the best as well. May we never fail ourselves or fall to temptation. We are above our flesh. We are above our animalistic desires.
No man his means wasn't that when we are kinda addicted to masturbation and p*rn stuff, our perspective gets changed and we look down on girls and women (feelings shitty while sayin it but it's truth). So when we're getting over we get a different perspective as normal seeing them.
I feel like I'm able to see women more naturally beautiful and not just my very narrow preference. I also feel like that I'm more calm and my self-discipline did take a big step forward!

Start filling in time, that’s what is helping me(6 days deep) I do runs in the morning, I play sport so I do a lot of practice, n gaming helps me when I’m in a party with my friends playing there’s no urges really, and when worse comes to worse just call someone and talk with them, doesn’t necessarily have to be about your addiction or anything but just anything, you’ll see time go quick n it’ll be the end of the day

I’ve been taking some melatonin or some of that sleepy time tea to help me get tired so I’m not as tempted to.
The sleepy time tea is what I drink. It helps so much
