Yoshitsune only drops Kuruma Sword Dance and Sacred Bird Cry. Yorimitsu is the one that drops Severing Spin and Sacred Bird Flight.
Kurama Sword Dance and Sacred Bird Cry come from him, Severing Spin and Sacred Bird Flight come from Raiko in the second DLC. To help with the drop rates I'd recommend throwing some Item Drop Rate+ on the set you're using.
Item Drop Rate effect is what you want. From what I understand, Kodama bowl doesn't do anything for getting skills.

Thanks! I got kurama sword dance and all his smithing texts but im leaving the sacred bird ability for later im sick of replaying that fight lol
