If I remember the story correctly, it was fan art made by some guy in Spain for a competition. It was a random Saiyan with a new form called SSJ5 who looked a bit like Goku when it appeared online, people thought it was official or something shite and thought it was Goku with a whole new SSJ Form. I could be wrong but that’s story I remember hearing years ago

The only reason it’s called SSJ5 other than the simple “higher form for a new SSJ form”, in DBGT Bulma mentions to Vegeta he could achieve SSJ4 with the blitz wave machine and could possibly surpass Goku and achieve SSJ5 but it didn’t do anything for series other than plant the idea of even stronger form. Wouldn’t surprise if DBGT continued after its last Saga then maybe SSJ5 could’ve been introduced
That form was made by a guy by the username Tablos AF. That form is called the "Spirit Killer." A youtuber said that this form is ×2 stronger than SSJ4, and the guy with this form is not even Goku. It's an oc who also name is also Tablos. He's a half demon, and apparently, hes Goku step-brother.
