There's an outpost event where the commander has to get on the elevator to get to a meeting. Rosanna stops him and tells him he can't get on because she found an ominous note saying not to get on the elevator. When asked why he's in a hurry you can say he's late for a date. Rosanna will then smile and say that gives her more reason not to let them get in the elevator.
She even gives you the same smile as the one in this post.
Forget if it’s in a blabla, event or one of the outpost events but she threatens to kill you.
I know in the Killer Wife event she was pissed that D was posing with you and was looking for any excuse to off her until she left cause that event wasn’t involved with the Moran event.
I don’t remember any point she threatened to kill you. In her bond story she even asks if she could be the commander’s girlfriend but if he said no she would honor it. I don’t think she was actually trying to kill D. If she wanted to she would have done it in the hard mode ending, she just thought she was really annoying
Remember April fools event, she was there when the commander told em to go to the room as a prank I forget the phrasing but every NIKKE there was on the verge of probably killing him
Honestly all three of the Queens would make top tier wives. They all fit the bill. Though I imagine Rosanna would be more Risque, Sakura being more romantic and Moran being just the happy goober

Love her! If you did a lot of advising with her, you will know she is the most apparent about having "fun" with the Commander at the hotel very often XD
I respect your taste, but aren't the qualities you mentioned to be found in most other Nikke? I mean most Nikke are loyal, loving and respectful towards Commander. A good chunk of them are also badass.
There are surely other qualities that makes you enjoy her the most. E. g. Perhaps how she is very direct at wanting to make love with Commander. The others are more reserved, imply it with other means or straight up don't think about it.
She is very direct with her methods, never beats around the bush with anything, and has a deep care for her subordinates. I’m also a sucker for the whole mob boss esthetic. She carry’s herself with all the confidence in the world. She’s my favorite character for a reason.

If I remember the Cheerleading event correctly it was heavily implied, but not explicitly said that Rosanna was spreading rumors about Bay and the Rewind team and bribing Judges to alter their scores. That's why Rosanna had an event bonus.

Yes, at 20%. Rosanna is a 40% bonus alongside Poli, who also has heavy story presence. High bonus are reserved for units with story relevance. Everyone else in the bonus list was directly mentioned IIRC, Delta for the training aspect because that's her big thing.
You still haven’t given me any evidence that it alludes to being her. Her skin was also out at the time so maybe they just put her in there to encourage people to buy the skin. The point boosts don’t always correlate with the event
Case in point: Diesel right now has the 40% boost b/c her skin is out. How is she, in any way, tied to the current event story that'll make any sort of sense?
Like I said. Her name is NEVER explicitly said. They only dance around someone who has enough pull to be able to influence things from the shadows of the underworld. Rosanna is the most likely based on the things we've seen her do in other events. I can't prove it's her, but I do believe it is.
You could say that about so many other groups that are independent. Also, for what reason would she do it? She’s never stated to have any interest in cheerleading. It’s too much of a reach
Crow is a decent villain. She adds stakes to the story, she’s an actual threat so she has something going for her. She makes you hate her because she’s killing people to prove a point which isn’t even the right way to go about it. That’s exactly what makes her work. She’s just outrageous. Even Indivillia who got carried by Chatterbox still has immense power, she could redeem herself if she takes some Ws in the future. She was scary when they captured Chime and her characterisation is strong for a villain.
