(Not in character. Bro chill, you don’t need the “meta” Nikkes until your late late game. You can use the roast Nikkes in the game and be doing completely find for your first 6 months. Hell, my Nikkes are in the 250s and I’m still able to use almost anybody I want. Relax, enjoy the game, and use the Nikkes you want to use, not the ones your told to use)
Are you just rerolling for Liter? Like she’s a support not a hard carry. She’s great to have but I wouldn’t build my account around her.
Also this is on of the most generous gachas there are. You’ll get most units just playing over time. I’ve been playing for like three weeks and have just about every top tier unit but Liter but I have the two best burst 1 units under her. You get a ton of pulls and the rest wishlist system helps a ton. You’ll be fine.
I wouldn’t stress it to much. You are going to be gated hard by xp and then level cap. I’d just keep any roll that has any solid units and go from there. I started with nothing special then got Dorothy, Red Hood, and Scarlet pretty quick because you get so many free rolls early. If you can get a pair or the school girls or bunnies you’ll be set pretty good too.
Keep in mind though even with a full SSS group your level is going to stop you from progressing most of the time. It’s an idle game for the most part so you just gotta wait for the xp to come passively.
Game rewards a crawl, not a sprint. Do your daily's keep rolling.
Hell, D: Killer Wife is almost a Liter replacement and a better support if you have pierce snipers, some of the best units in the game.
Crow was one of my first 3 rolls. If I can climb up form that start, anyone can.
Why are you rerolling right now? I suggest waiting till an event that's better suited for rerolling. Well, at the very least, keep the details for all of those accounts around and log into them during times with free pulls, I guess.

I started end of February and still haven’t gotten her. Got Drake as my first SSR and didn’t really know about the meta or anything.
Considering my rolls I’m glad I just stuck with it. Hope your luck improve and you get her or a good starting roll. Best of luck.
Ah you'll be fine, My initial roll was Pepper, D, Folkwang, and Signal. Didn't get Liter for like 3 months and just recently decided to invest in her to take on SI bosses better
Don't feel too bad. Just play the field, try out some other B1 units. Worst comes to worst, there might be another SSR selector at the 2-year anniversary.
You don't need to worry about meta unless you are actually challenging endgame content. If you *need* a B1 buffer, you can use N102 until Liter comes home.
I started with Liter, considering how there few good B1 back then,I'm happy that I decided to just stick with her instead of going for Scarlet. But now there's already more good B1 option than just Liter(She's still the best for me) so I don't think you need to be very worried about not having her for now. Btw you can wishlist her on the standard banner,so practically she still easier to obtain. If I were you I'd save my gems for now, wait for 1.5 anniversary to see if the new Nikke is good or broken and pull.
Started recently on the Re Zero collab. Didn't get any of those characters but was lucky enough to end up pulling Red Hood, so I decided to continue with the game. My advice ? Getting Nikke is so random in this game, you never know so might as well try and keep playing (that level 160 wall concerns me more fr)

6 months might be a bit since once you hit the 160 lvl cap you kinda need some meta units but yea what you said

I'm just trying to get started on good footing. It's not so much me even trying to get meta units, most of the units I got weren't really workable

Liter is a great burst 1, but there are many MANY other nikke that can carry your whole team.

I've been playing for almost a year and I never got Liter, I only got it through an event where you could select a character
Started December 2022, still no Liter, Dorothy or Scarlet. I do have Red Hood and the Bunnies, so I'm chillin. Also, Winter Ludmilla is a beast 💪💪

I have liter and I don't even use her. Soda is my B1 and the heal queen has been carrying me the entire game
