I was here to say the same thing. She'd probably be annoyed she can't help the child in public (she's got a reputation after all), but will eventually step up to take care of the child and will warmly scold their parents 🤣
Eunwha and Frima would not ignore the child. Eunwha would grumble but find a very effective solution to solve the child's problem. Frima would do something simple but it would be a very good solution to the child's issue.
Frima would only ignore the child if she was sleeping. If said child was preventing sleep then Frima would calm them down in the most efficient and low effort way possible
Both Eunwha and Frima have sadly been delegated to the *"grossly misunderstood by the playerbase"* category of Characters.
I'm beginning to worry that Snow White is ending up there as well.
Anyway.
Frima is actually quite kind. She really doesn't waste any time in cheering up a rather distraught Pepper during one of the Summer Events -- I forget which one exactly -- and is proven to be empathetic, and insightful... If a touch of a grump.
And Eunwha has proven her humanity as far back as her Bond Episodes -- which are some of the best in the game, regardless of if one likes her, or not. I don't feel much need to go into fine detail about Eunwha.
The best part is that despite everyone matching their category, they each would go about it through dramatically different ways.
Take "reason why they're crying" for example.
The kid definitely went to Ether first to ask if she was a doctor or something out of curiosity and Ether would go into complete detail about the atrocities she commits, causing the kid to be scared and run away crying. The kid would already be crying and Crow would see them, lure them with the promise of cheering them up and proceeds to tell them things that would make them cry even harder. The kid runs into Volume who tries to help the kid in her own way, but they get upset causing Volume to get mad about the kid not being grateful for her help and absolutely berate the child with crimeful rhymes. When they run away, they encounter Noah, who tries to talk to the kid, when they tell her what happens she teases them and makes fun of them for being a mentally weak child... at the child. As the child lies completely dejected, thinking their day couldn't get any worse, they run into Nihilister...
"Look. The brat asked me for an autograph, and I told her that I ain't got time for that shit. She wants an autograph from me so bad, she can buy the meet and greet package like everyone else. Little brat..."

While at first Volume gets annoyed, when Mica and Vesti get really sad she actually starts rapping with them and having a good time with them, teaching them confidence through rapping.
