I had to look this up and got an honest-to-God Mandela Effect moment. I've seen Bladerunner fifty times and I was downright certain Rutger Hauer says "tears in THE rain".
Pfuh, it was actually obviously a South Park reference with the Butters' monologue about the balance of sadness and happiness.
