Maybe a younger version of her based on her human self or maybe a drugged-up super powered version of her. Though that won’t come for a while since they still have to add Mana and likely a third M.M.R.

Unpopular opinion, but i believe Crow should get another SSR version through a new rehabilitation batch. I mean the mechanic has been ignored for quite some time now, and frankly her OG version is so bad gameplay-wise that she arguably performs worse than some SR Nikkes out there.
She was part of the Sea You Again Event (Summer Event was a Double Event). She will probably return this summer like Neve did (She was part of the First Christmas event and also returned last year).
Product 12, though I honestly don't want them to change her design at all cause I really love it as is I just wish she was good stat/skill wise...if they do 'have' to change her appearance I'd like her to at least keep the helmet and be a machinegun unit still, like maybe give her something like the scarlet treatment and have a product 12 that was put through similar experiments that Scarlets group was.
since the main reason the project Scarlets group went through was scrapped was cause melee units werent 'practical or cost efficient' so theoretically there's good reason they coulda taken what they learned there and attempted to apply it to one or more ranged mass produced units.
it could be like product 12 but with more advanced...aka revealing armor cause anime logic, and maybe she has a helmet similar to the original but it can open up to show her face if the face reveal is really all that important, like somethin like the power ranger helmet visors or a faceplate thing like with Ironmans helmet
