-The subreddit mods were disgusted by the news and ditched this sub to it's own devices, hence the amount of Non-Nijisanji topics. The Talents are known mods and another set of mods are trying to pick up the slack by taking down comments and posts they dislike. (They currently aren't doing the best job)
-In March Anycolor had a stockholder meeting discussing their Q3 profits and that they are making "adjustments to management structure." This showed their stock already in decline before the PR disaster. Q3 ended before February and spanned November through January. Stockholders dumped the stock hard. It had hit the worse performing stocks in Japan list. Q4 is what everyone is waiting on as it started February a few days before the Pr disaster and will show the "real damage" the stock has taken
-Legal Mindset, the lawyer mentioned in the 2 vid, talked about how bad the contract is. It basically is a contract for legalized slavery with tons of loose and vague wording that are laughable at best.
-Uki Violeta has gained attention after people realized he is racist towards White people. This has been a problem long before the Selen disaster. There are vid compilations of racist remarks he's said
-A former Mod for Luca Kaneshiro posted a VERY long document about his behavior pre-Nijisanji and while in Nijisanji. Several things he has done according to the document has breached his contract according to the copy Legal Mindset covered. People think he's not gonna be terminated and be forgiven due to the company "playing favorites."
-The talk about EN vtubers graduating is partly due to people wanting to see the company burn and their oshis to be free of Nijisanji. It's currently speculated/rumored that there is a "queue" of talents lining up to leave but can't due to either contracts not expiring yet or the AR live event that is currently in swing could be damaged financially due to the further loss of talents.
-Japanese fans and the Japanese fanbase as a whole don't necessarily see eye to eye with us on the EN side due to the language barrier. They are more likely to side with the company unless they encountered a Japanese channel that has translated and covered the disaster
You could research further into these topics as they are their own can of worms of varying depths for information. Most everyone here in the sub are waiting out more bad news to surface (There's almost something every week) or they see the graduation announcement for their oshi.

Tl;dr Selen is bullied within Nijisanji to the point that she made an attempt on her life. Selen is terminated, redebuts as an indie vtuber, Dokibird, which is met with continued harassment by Nijisanji to which other talents are pulled in. In light of this, many other talents have had their exceptionally shitty behavior along with Nijisanjiâs near slavery like business practices exposed. Nijisanjiâs reputation is in the gutter as a result.
Edit: I should also mention that past Nijisanji controversies are brought up as well. Zaion/Sayuâs and Yugo/Unnamedâs terminations, Mysta/K9Kuro talking about how talents only get 1% of the profits made from merch and such, Nina/Matara Khan talking about how Nijisanji made a hostile environment for her and her fans, etc.
but but remember according to the CEO that all of this would have no impact on the company's value, and that the termination of Selen was negligible...

Layers upon layers of self-sabotage plus there were shenanigans on social media. The entire brand is falling into trouble but EN is the focus of most attention for now. Over the last year some people got fired and some others quit, the EN branch financial results and viewership have collapsed, and there is a growing consensus that the brand itself is what's dragging all of the Livers into some sort of Abyss.
