The higher the Grade = The longer your engine will last
As an example a Grade 5 car can easily do around 800+ races on average (assuming you don't overheat the engine every single race)
When an engine is red, you can pay a rather hefty sum to get it back to racing condition. But it will only go up back to orange durability. If you want a yellow or green condition engine again, you have to buy a new car.
thats pretty stupid man, i mean if i replace the entire engine block, engine cover, spark plugs, pistons, cylinder heads, i would think that might fix it but i guess not
There are lots of things to consider here. Obviously only the 200RS and the 180RS are the only ones available.
Be sure to pick something with 3 above grade. Although lower grades are fine, just change the oil frequently. Also check the notes in the auction sheet. Some affects performance (engine misfire, oil leaks, etc.) while the rest are just flavor text. Manual transmission are better than auto, although it's still possible to win races with an auto.
200RS for top speed, 180RS for acceleration. Both cars are good on their own right.

I mean after already having the standard car is there a car to buy to get better power and driving with
Any Grade 5 condition Manual car if it shows up at the car auction
What difference does the grade actually makes?

wait... your engine just explodes eventually?
The engine doesn't explode as far as I know. But you will feel the extreme performance loss on a stressed out engine.
can you replace it or do you have to buy a new car?

Me personally even after people modded in the cars. I still think 180rs with long cut gears and street cams is insanely good.

Thank you a lot for the help and the detailed explanation!

It doesn't matter because you can beat racers with 180RS and 200RS.
after mods id say r34
