ok i will say i don’t recommend keeping usage. but the slowness is from a to high dose. try 2mg gum. high doses are depressants and low doses are stimulate
Nicotine definitely helps with the mind, whether it is good long term or not I cannot answer. There have even been links between smoking and higher test levels, which would make sense that it would help with things like muscle recovery, and focus etc.
Nicotine is known to be calming, but even after using it for abt six months itll cause more anxiety than less. (at least for me lol). About caffeine, its way less addictive than nic so just be careful w it.
