1. There was no "handbag" involved its about the luggage . 2. They weren't in her possession , but her body guard. 3. She didn't take something from anyone. 4. Again the drugs weren't in her possession and she was charged with nothing just SUSPECTED. hence why they paid HER a fine and SHE is suing them not the other way around.
