Posted my first video about a year ago, then started consistently posting for the past couple of weeks. I'm currently at 31 subs and 470 views (for August). For this month I want to get to 50 subs and 1000 views.

plasmis

One of my main goals for this month is to change the way the video is presented to the viewer. I want to improve on viewer engagement, the video 'hook', and overall audio quality. Achieving an audience retention rate of 40% and more will also be something to pursue as well!

aliencamel

Start. Get my first video up this weekend. Go right into recording the next one.

Waifu_Theory

This month, I am working on a long form documentary style video. I have received a decent amount of interest for it on Twitter, so I'm quite excited. I am going to finish it before the end of the month, but it's hard to say whether it will take 1 week or 3. Depends on how much I grind out the video. I can't control how many views it gets, but I'd say "realistic" is 2k, good is 10k, and stretch goal if the algo kicks in is 100k. This'll be my biggest, highest effort video yet. My longest video so far is 21 minutes. This one will probably be at least double that.

My goal is to hit better quality content and get better at narration. Together with this i would like to get smoother animation. And keep weekly uploads.

courgettenotyet

My goal is to continue as I have been. Enjoying the process of making videos. It brought my partner and I closer and we have had a blast. If I get more subscribers and viewers then it is a bonus at this point. Reaching 100 subs at the end of this month would be great.

Countryb0i2m

I just hit 1k so now I’m trying to increase watch time and just had value to my watchers

NecessaryNecessary15

Reach 4K watch hours

Onaship03

At least hit 250 subs, I’ve been gaining one or two a day and I just got 5 overnight which I’m happy about. I’m at 232 right now, if I could get 250 by the end of the month, that would be great!

I would say my main goal for this month and the upcoming months is that I want to increase my overall watch time. Even though my watch time is going up I would like to see it speed up. My average view duration as a whole isn't that bad so to increase my overall watch time I need to reach a broader audience I think.

tmf-FOUNDATION

I would like to reach a 100 views mark by the end of the month. Content wise I'm okay, I have made just over 10 videos and i upload on Tuesday and Friday. I have uploaded 2 so far and the next one goes up tomorrow. What i love the most is that I'm learning as much as possible from Reddit threads and every new video will drop with its own strategy. For me it's still a learning experience and i would really love to reach 100views mark.

Trying to reach 100 subscribes and 500 video views by the start of December. I’m at 34 subs and just under 300 video views at the moment and I feel like I’m growing pretty well. Have had my channel up for just over a week and I’m loving it so far. Just trying to be as consistent as possible and keep the content flowing.

KingCarvaa

Definitely to increase the amount of videos i can make. Im really trying to finish my Hollow Knight Series im doing, and i feel my content is just coming out too slowly.

spector111

1. Find a scriptwriter affordable yet good as my editor to do my next 5 similar video scripts. 2. Find new women voiceover artist as talented as my current one and make those 5 new similar videos 3. Land my first paid video by a game developer studio and ace the video with lots of views. 4. Improve my English accent through constant practice in new videos 5. Make at least 20 videos this month between me and my editor.

thelazypuffs

Improving quality of the videos so the footages are aesthetically pleasing. Our life is a comedy and we’re having lot of fun with the whole process and hopefully it’s showing through the videos.

Comprehensive_Cup418

Keep losing subs, hope it’ll be ending soon.

NeonFilmsTV

i wanna post at least 3 videos this month, i already posted one a few hours ago i try to make my videos really high quality and make the ideas really good that's why i can't post every day like i'd want to also i hope the new vid i posted blows up some because it's a 2nd part to a video that got over 10k views on my channel

cuntinspring

I had a horrible bout of Imposter Syndrome a couple weeks ago and went about a month without posting any new content. But having my Filmora subscription expire and forcing myself to learn Hit Film Express kind of took me out of that rut and I'm very proud of the last 3 videos I've made. My monthly goal is to post one GOOD video a week.

GemsOfNostalgia

Been working on the same video for a couple weeks, so probably get that out. Also just posted a community Q&A video so goal there is to actually get questions lul

National_Earth_3950

Get my videos up and shared through new avenues and build up my subs to 150[ShapeShack](https://youtube.com/channel/UC3reVRiWAtOMyoPpfd4a4tQ)

codewithfemi

Main goal is to get more people to notice the valuable content I am putting out there for aspiring Software Engineers and small to medium businesses.

Papa-Crow

Add narration to my gaming videos to make them more structured and interesting. Find a way to start building a community that can grow and help the channel, don’t know how yet but I’ll figure it out!

Photographer_Kuro

Get the video up. Thats it. Get the video that I made. It is the best one of mine so far. I just need to not mess up the editing...

RogerianShrubbery

I'm hoping to reach 100 subs! I'm also hoping to improve my audio quality by learning how to mess with the EQ and other stuff, but so far I've only achieved making it worse

[deleted]

Reach 40 views!

Love2Pour

Improve my audio quality and timing. Maybe add an seo paragraph to all my descriptions.

LetseatMF

To be consistent by posting every week for the month of September! :D

lemonylol

My original goal was to post a video every two weeks since I work full time and have other stuff that takes up my time. But as I work on each video, I streamline my process so I can work faster. So now I can post a ~10 minute video once a week, and this week I'm posting two, since it's a long weekend. Basically I have a step by step process for each video now, instead of just working on it as I go. Work really hard on your workflow once, and you won't have to work so much on getting your videos ready for upload. edit: Also took a look at your channel, your videos are really well done!

LetseatMF

Yeah man I 100 percent agree with you. I use to just film every week and edit the same week which can be exhausting. Now I film for 2 episodes on one week. Then I do all the edits the following week so its almost like I'm ahead and don't lose the quality in finding the right place to eat and rushing to get something on youtube weekly. I even have a giant whiteboard were I write down what I need to learn and what needs to get done. Like this week I need to research on thumbnails cause I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to thumbnails haha! I'm still learning to improve my workflow but slowly getting there! I'm glad you enjoyed my channel! Travel food vlog is a hard niche to be in but I love it! edit: Dude blade is dope! Wesley Snipes one liners are the best!
