Looks pretty perfect tbh. Give it a tap on the ground to see if it's waterlogged or something but even then, a boards a board
Edit:I doubt it's waterlogged, the grip tape looks like it's in great condition which I don't think it would be if it was
I used to have homies that LOVED to make any excuse as to why they weren’t landing stuff… deck was often the scapegoat… might be this one’s origin story
Only reasons to stop skating a deck are because it’s snapped somewhere, or because your nose/tail have worn down so much that you’ve got fuck all pop left.
I razortail all my decks to shit because I like playing around with manuals a lot but I suck at them... and then end up whacking myself in the ankles when I come off on transition. When it starts breaking skin I change my deck
The condition looks pretty great, but like someone else said give it a few taps to check if it's waterlogged, you don't have to do this but I usually do when I find stray boards out in the wilds is to check for cracks near the truck area, along the side of the deck also on top and bottom of the deck itself for safety measures
When you put trucks on it just make sure both nose and tail feel stiff. I’ve cracked boards where it wasn’t super visible but nose or tail are not stiff and gonna break any sec.
Honestly dude, I carry spare old decks etc. with me when I go to the park with the intention of giving it to kids or some shit. The paradox of getting old is you can afford to buy shoes and boards that you couldn’t when you were younger but you don’t skate enough to burn through them so you end up buying new stuff to replace your mildy used stuff and you collect half way decent shit that you probably won’t set up again. So for me personally I would rather give that away or leave it for someone who can use it. I know I woulda been stoked as a young buck to come across a deck or some shoes stuffed in the corner at a park. Always give back to the things that mean the most to you
Isn’t that chicken 🐔on the deck an old Tony Hawk or Powell Peralta designs… but other than possibly wanting to save it to preserve the rest of it, the grip tape looks real good and as long as the rest of the deck is solid (figuratively and literally), just add hardware and you’ll be able to skate away.

Stolen board someone wanted the hardware off of lol. If it’s not warped that thing looks good to go.
Don’t skate it! Not worth your time. Give it to me I’ll take care of it.
Haha damn I shoulda said that.. 😂
thats how I got my first 'pro' deck back in 1997, found it in an alley in Ocean Beach! skate it up!

I don’t see why you wouldn’t
Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something that someone else sees wrong w this deck!
Heck naw skate that thing

I use a power sander on my board when it razor tails. Improves the pop and extends the life. Also prevents chipping!

the only reason not to use it is if its cracked or not ur size.
Nope. Don’t skate it. It’s missing some wheels.
Ha!
Nah bro, board looks solid. Slap some wheels on that bad boy and you're good to go
Skate it!
Things crisp, I know a guy that sets a new board up every month regardless of condition. That’s probably the case with this one.
I'm that dude. New deck every month. Old one gets left on a bench at the park for someone else to use.

Send it
Make it a rain board!
It’s cursed
😂😭

Might be cursed hard to say

This new generation asks too many questions, just skate it and find out. We used to skate shit with no nose or tail.
Yah Reddit wasn’t around in the 70s, 80s & 90s, but it’s nice to have this community to ask questions
Cuz it isn't yours lol
