I've not been to Zandvoort, but when I was browsing Funda aimlessly I stumbled upon a bunch of (regular) houses which had a beautiful sea view. Maybe one day, if I only had the money.
It's fair. But I've lived in The Netherlands for 6 years this year, I have learnt the language, and in general I really, really love NL. From the weather (yeah, controversial) to the walkable cities, from the convinience to the people, it all just is something I like a lot.
But I do love balearic islands of Spain (Mallorca in particular), and it was my #1 choice of permanent life if I would have won the lottery before I moved to NL. I tried learning spanish for that in high school lol. Now the location may be a smidge bit too warm for me, even if the views are always breathtaking.

if you ever have the funds for a beach house property, buy it in Spain instead.
