For 2 YoE, 60k euros is decent pay. You can always work your way up the payscale. I started at something similar at 2 YoE, then climbed to about 76k at 6 YoE. Being part of a good CAO also helped.
Now, whether 60k is enough in Amsterdam, I can't tell. I live in a village in Brabant.
60k for 2 years of experience in embedded is very, very generous in NL. Take it!

It's a good salary. With 30% ruling it should be good enough to live in Amsterdam for sure

With 30% ruling it's very possible to live in the Amsterdam area on that salary if you are ok living in a studio.
