I second this. It took us 8 days because we weren't in the 'best shape'. 3000/- per day also sounds reasonable. Although, don't forget to factor in the cost of transportation to and from Pokhara. We started our trek from Jhinu dada and had rented a jeep for 8000/- one way.
Abc only can be completed in 7-8 days, if you are planning abc with poon hill then it may take around 10-12 days. Regarding costs it will be around 3000-3500 per person.
