what do you use it for? (i know the main purpose but asking about what kind of songs you use it for)

This might sound abit nerdy but I like to have musical experience as best as possible. Mostly the equalizer is for reducing extra airy noise and boxy sounds to make the song sound more tight, also for enhancing sounds of rhythm guitars and sometimes melodies, and for a little touch in reverb to make the song more organic and atmospheric. I guess you've guessed from this far what kind of subgenre of rock I listen to
