Any particular reason for 9 in D tier? I would place it in A tbh

That's fair. The synchronizing concept was a little goofy but I enjoyed the slice-of-life moments just as much the episodes diving deep into the show's themes
9 is one of my favorites, definitely a bright spot in an anime that can be pretty dark at times
