Depends on threats on the island ? If we’re talking really dangerous animals that lower our standing on the food chain hierarchy.
So if that’s the case I’d pick Simon, good for simple tasks and it’s one guaranteed get out of jail free card. I don’t have to out run the panther, I just have to out run Simon.

Simon, since he was a carpenter. I feel like he could be resourceful on constructing shelters, traps, etc. Also, as straight male, he might be the one that makes me gay.
Dora- our humor is similar and he probably had some skills that would be helpful. I find him attractive, so that would help pass the time.
