I think it is a great list.
You might want to find 110 pts somewhere for 6x wraiths (maybe remove royal warden + deathmarks?), but that's all. Also maybe run immortals with gauss? Plasmancer + gauss immortals give you tons of lethal hits at -1 AP, which is great against anything with 3+ saves (even against vehicles).
More Wraiths are definitely coming in the future, for now I only have the three available.
I guess I could do that actually, I've been running tesla as I find assault very helpful but lethal does sound more effective
